Transportaion Needs

Currently, the Magnolia area has no public transportation system.  Therefore, disadvantaged families are plunged into crisis when there is no money to repair or replace their vehicle.  If their means of transportation is eliminated, the wage earner cannot get to work, seek employment, keep appointments, participate in job training, pursue a G.E.D. etc.  Reality is "no work, no income."

Donated cars, trucks, vans, etc., will help the S.O.S. address this problem by meeting the transportation needs that are constantly brought to our attention by the clients we serve.

In addition, we are looking for volunteers that can work on some of the vehicles we receive that need repair.  We are also in need of parts and labor for some of the current vehicles already donated but in need of repair, while those in need wait hopefully for some relief.

If you can donate your time, talents or monetary help in any way toward this project, please click here to contact us, or click here to complete the Volunteer Form.

Thank you in advance for your help with this much needed service!
