About Us
With over 50 years of combined management experience SLPM Property Management is your best choice for Oakland and San Francisco East Bay Property Management. 
We are comprised of a Managing General Partner who sees to the overall operation of the business and its activities and a Property Manager whose primary responsibility is to interface with owners in regard to maintenance, approvals, inspections, tenant relations, and legislative changes.
Our Maintenance Coordinator, whose primary function is to create work orders when applicable, assigns work orders to varied subcontractors and handymen, obtains bids, and tracks the work order to completion. The Leasing Agent handles all advertising, obtains applications, runs credit reports, and shows vacancies.
Since we are departmentalized, each person in the organization is involved with each property and has the expertise to obtain and provide information upon request by individual owners. As you are aware, with just one person having all of the information on a group of properties, a situation could arise that could lead to a disaster if that person becomes sick, goes on vacation, or leaves the firm.
The ability of our staff to individually be able to provide detailed information to our owners sets us apart from many other firms.
