Demand Sales Package

Ordering Information: Please email your request to condos@slpm.com or fax in your request to (510) 569-0923.  To expedite processing, please be sure to include the complete unit address with the demand request. The demand package includes Articles of Incorporation, By Laws, CCR’s, Rules and Regulations, year end disclosures, budget, new election rules, 12 months of meeting minutes and other documents specific to the association.  If any other documents are needed, please specify in your request. Fees: There are no upfront fees required for demand packages that are accompanied by a proof of contract. Any demand packages requested without proof of contract will need to pay an upfront fee of $545.00 which includes document, certification and transfer fees.  Same Day Requests: The turn around time for all demands is five days or less.  If same day service is required an additional fee of $105.00 will apply.  Requests must be received by 11:00 AM PST, Monday - Friday, to ensure same day service.  Orders received after hours will be processed the following business day. Additional Notes:    It is recommended that all demand requests come from the escrow officer or title company when there is an accepted contract of sale.  If a realtor or owner is requesting the package, additional upfront fees as detailed above will apply.  To avoid paying additional fees, it is recommended to wait until there is a contract of sale and go through the normal process. < Back
