Please email your request to condos@slpm.com or fax in your request to (510) 569-0923. To expedite processing, please be sure to include the complete unit address and the HOA questionaire.
Fees:
The certification fee is $95.00, payable in advance. Either the lender or the owner can pay the fee.

Turn Times and Rush Service:
Normal turn around time is three days or less. If a same day return is needed, please fax a copy of the check and a copy of the overnight delivery service tag to (510) 569-0923, the fee will be $105.00.
Same day requests must be received by 11:00 AM PST, Monday - Friday, to ensure same day service. Orders received after hours will be processed the following business day.
