I would like my name removed from lease and the remaining tenant(s) will remain on the property. I hereby relinquish my interest in the security deposit to the remaining tenants.
Note: please notify the tenants that wish to remain to contact SLPM immediately.   


Important Legal Notice:

  • I / we hereby give SLPM Property Management notice that we will be vacating the above property.
  • I / we acknowledge that I / we will be charged rent through the 30 day mark as well as for any additional days after the 30 day mark until the keys are turned in to SLPM Property Management even if the property is not occupied.  All refund checks will be written to all names on the lease agreement unless instructed otherwise.
  • I / we understand we will receive a copy of the move out inspection as well as any deposit due within 21 days of the date SLPM Property management receives ALL KEYS TO THE PROPERTY.
