Return Policy Any Shelf Expressions product in new condition, can be returned to Shelf Expressions within 30 days of receipt of that product. A refund of product price will be issued after product has been received at factory. A partial refund is given if product is in "less than new" condition. Return shipping charges are paid if wrong product is received or product arrives damaged. To return any Shelf Expressions product, please call 1-888-420-3924.
Warranty 1.Shelf Expressions products are warranted to the original purchaser for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase against defects in the material or workmanship. The word "defects", as used in this warranty, is defined as imperfections that impair the utility of the product.
2.The warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of Shelf Expressions products having defects. If a product is defective within the terms of the warranty, return the defective product to the place of purchase. Include your sales receipt or other proof of purchase.
3.This warranty applies under conditions of normal use, but does not apply to defects that result from intentional damage, negligence, unintended or unreasonable uses or exposure.
4.This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
