Hi Faith,
My husband and I were in a couple of times last year (we're from Philadelphia, PA) in search
of 5+ lb. lobsters and were very pleased not only with the quality but the prices. This year
we will be staying very near St. George and were hoping that you still had those great large
lobsters (4+ lb or better) available, as well as scallops, crabs, etc. We will be in your area
from August 12-26 and would like to stop by to purchase our seafood through you.
When we arrive (we actually get in on a Sunday so I don't know if you'll be open), we'd
really like to pick up at least four 4+ pounders if you have them available.
Would you let us know if this is a possibility and the current pricing for the large lobsters?

Hi Faith,
How could we possibly forget those luscious, large lobsters? Not to mention all the other
seafood we bought last year and enjoyed so much. I was actually mistaken on our arrival date;
we're leaving on the 12th (Saturday) and will arrive, probably late in the day, on Sunday the
13th. I'm not sure how late you're open but we're not certain how long it will take us to get
from Camden, Maine and across the two ferries into L'Etete. From there you're only a short
distance up the road, but we're just not certain because of the timing of the ferries to and
from Deer Island. Please let me know how late you'll be open on Sunday.
Steve and I will figure out this week just how much lobster we'll need for that initial
purchase and be back in touch likely Wednesday or Thursday of this week so that we can give you
as much of a heads up as possible.
Thanks so much! We're really looking forward to purchasing our seafood with you again this
year. Are you still getting scallops only one or two times a week? Is it possible to get them
fresh rather than frozen if we come on a day when you get them?

Hi Faith
Thanks again for your outstandng hospitality and the terrific lobsters. We
arrived home at 4pm on Saturday and the pot was active by 6.
The lobsters were as fresh as when you packed them. They could have lasted another 2 days.
PERFECT ! The salmon is excellent , haven't tried the scallops yet.
Remember to forward a copy of the newspaper / picture once you receive it. Enjoy the attached
photos. Our friends and daughter send their thanks and appreciation.

Hi Faith,
We just wanted to drop you a note now that we're back home (sadly!) in Pennsylvania and thank
you for the wonderful lobster, scallops and shrimp. We had many, many wonderful meals out of
all that seafood we bought from you and, in fact, the last of the lobster was eaten on Thursday
night. Friday we dined at Ossie's and we drove home Saturday.
It was great seeing you again and, Lord willing, we'll be back again next year and have the
opportunity to purchase more seafood from you.

Hello Faith,
We had some of the lobster tonite that you steamed for us today, I say, some of the lobster, because our eyes were definitely bigger than our stomachs. Never in my life have I had such a large lobster much less 8 giant lobsters for only 4 people. They were wonderful, would that I lived closer and we could do this more often. Again thank you.
