These Scallops are a local product from the "Bay of Fundy" here in Southern New Brunswick, Canada.

The average count per pound of these scallops are 20-30. Great for an appetizer which can be prepared by wrapping them in bacon and to add a little "zest".....A chunk of pineapple will do the trick!
