| Semi-Boneless Quail
Our biggest selling product. Backbones, breastbones and thighbones have been removed by hand. The average weight of the de-boned bird is 5 oz. per bird. They are vacuum packed, four birds to the package, and are priced at $14.00 per package. (Minimum Order 6 Packages)

Whole Quail
The original quail product. Juicy right to the bone, these birds average 5 oz. each. Packed four to the vacuumed sealed bag, these birds are $10.50 per package.

 | Seasoned Whole Quail, Breast Split
Excellent on the grill. Our custom-mixed seasoning is introduced to 6 oz. quail in our large tumbling vacuum chamber. Four birds are vacuum sealed to the package , and are priced at $14.50 per package.

Quail Legs
Great finger food. Thighbones have been removed from our large quail legs, leaving the drumstick for a handle. Twenty vacuumed packed legs are $11.50 per package.

Quail Trimmings
Wonderful in chili or casseroles. Our trimmings are small, random sized pieces of quail meat, a by product of the de-boning process, and are mostly breast meat. The vacuum packages weigh approximately 5 pounds, and are priced at $5.00 per pound.
