Thank you for visiting our website. Paul Kakouris the broker and owner of both companies became a licensed real estate agent in 1977 in San Jose, California. In 1980 he became a licensed broker. Paul spent the first 3 years of his career in residential properties and became a member of Pacific Associates in Sunnyvale where he learned the business from the ground up from a group of seasoned brokers.
Along with single family residences he began to list and sell residential multiple unit buildings and commercial shopping strips. In 1981 he took courses in business opportunities and soon began listing and selling established businesses of all kinds from main street America retail stores to service and industrial companies.
From 1989 to1996 he went to work with 3 major business brokers in Silicon Valley. In 1995 Paul started P.K. Investments. In 2002 he moved to Sacramento.
Paul has listed and sold over 100 businesses.
