There is no more critical relationship in a dental office than the relationship between the dentist and the office manager. Yet, the infrastructure of this relationship is often lacking clear principles, accountabilities, negotiated conditions and effective reporting structures.
Every business activity occurs within this relationship. Every financial function occurs inside this relationship. Every administrative performance activity occurs within this relationship. Yet, rarely is this relationship consciously designed and managed.

NOTE: Some larger practices who have developed Executive Teams have inquired about bringing their executives in addition to their Office Manager. The answer is 'Yes.' It is strongly recommended that you bring your executives given the content, processes and intended results of this conference. The cost per additional participant beyond the Doctors and the Office Manager is $395 per.
BILLING INFORMATION
A deposit of $895 holds your reservation for the conference. The balance of $1,000 will be applied to the credit card used for registration the week of February 22, 2010.
