With more than thirty years of entrepreneurial experience, Mr. Harris embraces his role as President and Chief Executive Officer of Lotus Grace Corporation. He is responsible for corporate strategy, governance, finance and organization. Mr. Harris oversees the vision and strategic direction of the corporation. He also ensures the fiscal health and continued growth of the organization, all the while providing valuable insight into the needs of an ever changing marketplace.

He leads new business development, new markets development and on-going client relations. Prior to founding Hampden, Mr. Harris worked in various industry segments including manufacturing, automotive, aviation, international trade, petrochemical, commercial and industrial real estate development.

Mr. Harris majored in engineering and business administration. He continued his acquisition of knowledge through numerous courses and seminars while bolstering his expertise in the field of business, economics, finance, various business structures and other investments.

Mr. Harris has an in-depth knowledge of the offshore and non-offshore financial sectors and has attended several industry conferences over the years. He has spent several years in the industry as an offshore business consultant. Mr. Harris has been involved in a number of other significant projects in the past several years, including the successful start-up of a private consortium group that provides turnkey facilities and economic development services to government and private sector clients.

Mr. Harris's attributes to the Lotus Grace organization derive from his unique combination of an international network of relationships, a strategic background in closing deals, strong technical negotiating skills and experience; strong leadership and interpersonal skills; human resources, corporate and project management; financial and systems management at strategic and tactical levels, and public relations.

PAMELLA M. WELKER

Ms. Welker has worked in the diamond industry, publishing industry, real estate development industry, and Mortgage banking, with a combined experience of over 30 years. Ms. Welker has a diversified background in the diamond and colored gemstone industry. Her career was followed up with intense in house training, plus courses and seminars, which allowed extensive practical application in the field.

While employed by one of the largest diamond retail outlets in the USA, to further her expertise in the industry, she attended the prestigious Gemological Institute of America (GIA), which enhanced her formal training creating a place for her as a valuable player in the industry that benefited her career in all other fields. Her various skills qualifies her to facilitate, coordinate, and conduct preliminary discussions and negotiate with regards to special projects. Ms. Welker expertise is inclusive of but not limited to customized strategic marketing, public relations, sales, research, identification and development.

She brings this unique combination of an international network of relationships, and strong technical skills and experience. Her ambitions and goals are focused on taking advantage of the network of extraordinary talented people whom she has the good fortune to meet and work with over the years and apply those skills towards projects of significance. Before joining LGC she was the President and CEO of her own company.
