  7. curds
  8. custard
  9. half and half
  10. hydrolysates (casein, milk protein, whey, whey protein)
  11. lactalbumin, lactalbumin phosphate
  12. lactalgloulin
  13. lactose
  14. milk (derivattive, protein, solids, ,malted, condensed, evaporated, dry, whole, low fat, non-fat, skim)
  15. nougat
  16. pudding
  17. rennet casein
  18. sour cream, sour cream solids
  19. sour milk solids
  20. whey (delactosed, demineralized, protein concentrate)
  21. yogurt

these ingredients may indicate presence of milk protein:

  • brown sugar flavoring
  • caramel flavoring
  • chocolate
  • high protein flour
  • margarine
  • natural flavoring
  • simplesse: the letter "D" on a product label next to a "K" or circled "U" may indicate presence of milk protein

We prefer Rice Dream for our milk alternative!

As for cheese, we love Veggie Cheese!
