I wanted to thank you for the recent opportunity to speak at the Alternative Care Family Health Fair on September 24. I greatly enjoyed getting out and meeting new people and this was true with your group.

In particular, I really enjoyed interacting with all the people interested in healthy eating and explaining how Seattle Sutton's Healthy Eating is focused on encouraging healthy lifestyle changes. I thought the premise of your health fair was an excellent idea and provided an example of how we, as adults, can encourage and teach our children to live healthy lives.

Dr. John Sommers here.  I was thinking about how much more enjoyable your health fair was than any other health fair we have been to...maybe it was just the interesting doctors and other health professionals I met that day...or maybe it was the elaborative displays of colorful products...the speakers enthusiastically representing their health products and being convinced they could save the world.  I noticed the faces on the public; many had looks on their faces as if they were thinking "What is this enthusiasm?  Ah, so this is natural health".  I noticed several people making their way down the isles very interested in what they seeing.  I paved my way through the crowd several times (I wanted to just be an observer that day) and was surprised at how many people were relentless in their asking of questions, as if this were going to be the only time to get all their questions answered.  I guess it sort of fueled the passion I once had 5-6 years ago while just beginning to practice natural medicine.

Anyways,  the reason I'm writing is just to tell you that it seemed to me the public seemed very interested.  If you had a follow-up fair soon, even right away...(I don't see why not)...I bet the 2nd showing would be great.  I'm not a marketing specialist, that's just what I think and I wanted to share it with you.
