Please do not be willingly ignorant!
Is "Mad cow" our only problem with meat?
It has been a huge revelation to my family that we must cut all animal-based products, including dairy from our diet in order to keep us healthy and thriving. Here are a few points of interest I would like to share with you:
-
Cholesterol exists only in animal-based products1
-
Farm animals (herbivores - plant-eating animals) are forced to eat animal-based feed, including their own kind, making them cannibals!2
-
Farm pigs are forced to eat their own excrement3
-
The diets of our ancestors had very little, if any, animal products, thus there are NO record of heart diseases or cancers.4
With every fiber of my being, I urge you to purchase the DVD, Eating by www.BeaconDV.org
Become a vegan!
A vegan diet is creating meals without using animal; products, fats or meat pieces (like bacon, milk, cheese and/or eggs for example).
An alternative to a meat could be cooked rice, beans, green beans, squash, corn or peas. A veggie salad, fruit salad, and/or perhaps raw fruit and veggies. You could make veggie sandwiches with the same veggies you would put into a garden salad.
You can exclude all dairy and meat products! You will be able to cook, bake and create meals your family will crave.
