1. Military students: Do you agree/disagree with John P. Kotter's "simple military analogy" about an Army? Or, civilian students, can that analogy be applied to the Intelligence Community?  Why/why not?

2. Think about it. What is the culture of your organization---i.e., what ideas or words define the culture of your organization?

--the large organization by which you are employed-i.e., DIA, NSA, NGA, etc.
--the smaller organization in which you work-i.e., Division, Branch, Section, etc.
Are they in synch? Why? Why Not?
    3. What management concept(s) have you been exposed to? Did it(they) achieve the intended improvements? How and Why? Why not?
