Servant Leadership first advocated by Robert K. Greenleaf is now being emphasized by some military commanders as the best method of leading the new generation of military personnel. This site provides a good list of leadership books for sale.

Leader to Leader Institute

The Leader to Leader Institute maintained by the Peter F. Drucker Foundation supports books and a magazine called Leader to Leader contain contributions by noted Leadership authorities on a variety of topics. Chapters from the book and articles from the magazine are available on-line. The Foundation produces leadership guides covering various topics.
