"I want you to know how thrilled I am with the work you and your staff did in transforming my backyard from dirt and weeds to something very useable and pleasurable to spend time in! I asked for a design that was simple and uncluttered with lots of flowers and yet still unified. You delivered exactly what I asked for. You used most of the plants I listed as favorites and offered some really pleasant surprises as bonuses -- like the Tibouchina Princess Flower and the Sago Palm (plants I never would have thought of). You were patient with all my questions and allowed me time to absorb everything you suggested. And, what really impressed me, is that you accepted my suggestions, thoughts and concerns and worked them into the final design.

I could tell your staff took much pride in their work. They were so polite and quiet and always cleaned up the site after the day was done.
Finally, I must not let this letter close without telling you how much I value your integrity. You told me what I expect and you followed through with what you told me. You were on time and within budget. When I wanted some additional work done, you were fair and provided reasonable prices in each instance. If I saw something that needed to be looked at, you investigated it and fixed it without question. Thank you... and please thank your father and your staff for all the hard work they did in making my yard functional and absolutely beautiful (even in winter)!
