W e cannot find words to express the loss and emptiness that we feel within us.

The passing away of the headmaster, Mr. Seth Adu is a great loss to all who have had some connection with Koforidua Secondary Technical School be they board members, staff, old boys, students and well wishers. That such a multitude shall be in grieve for the depature of one soul can be explained by the fact that we have all shared the in the glory of his foresight, vision, hardwork and dedication to duty, the concern for high standards and all that made him an embodiment of the motto of the school: "Educate for Service".

Mr. Seth Adu joined the staff of Koforidua Sectech in !996. He worked deligently as a teacher and showed much concern for the welfare of students. He was a disciplinarian as well as a counsellor.

On January 2001, he was appointed Headmaster of Koforidua Sectech. This appointment brought to the fore, his unique and humane personality. He always made sure he kept the name of the school in high esteem by improving upon infrastructural development, discipline, which brought enhancement in academic work. He left behind his wife and three kids, a boy and two girls.

Through his vision and effort, a website , Sectech Network, was created for the school.

Jaacuze , as Seth Adu was affectionately called by most of his students, commanded respect and a natural and perfect control over students. He worked with great enthusiasm and was ready for any work that needed extra and special attention at short notice. He never showed any quick temper, whatever the situation. He always countered with a smile and soft words to make you relax. He was very well courteous and responsible. He had an admiration and kind disposition , which made him have time and cocern for everybody, teacher or student. Seth Adu's spirit of voluntarism was very unique. He was frank, truthful, untiring and trustworthy. These traits of his personality made him a father, brother and a friend to many of us. His colleagues will miss him so much.

Mr. Seth Adu, you laboured for Sectech and we share your glory . "Ours is to exploit and add to your gain".

When we consider the footprints you have left in the sand of life/time, then with tears in our hearts, we cannot but say our last prayer to you, our beloved father and brother.

Even though our eyes are full of tears and are emotionally sad, we are also physically happy and smiling because the good Lord had blessed us with anothr devoted headmaster, Mr. J. K . Bempong.

"When the day of toil is done, when the race of life is run, Father grant thy weary ones, a rest".
