How To Find
A Good
Job
Assess your Spending
If you get the green light that you are about to loose your job,
consider re-doing your bills. Cut down on cable T.V., gym membership, the use of fuel consuming cars, use
only one mobile network when given the news. A sudden change could be harmful.
Prepare for a long stay at home
Be ready to stay at home for for a long time ranging between six months to two years.
List your good side
List the things that you can do best.Things you did in school
or your previous job.
Be active
Beign jobless is not an extended holiday. Force yourself to get up early
and get going about your plans every day. Don't be a lazy job hunter. The key to job-hunting success is
hope and perseverance. Many people who are out of job fail to find job because they give up soon.
Try your friends
Try knocking on peoples door. Avoid moving from door to door without a plan.
Make sure you move to a company that deals with your resume. Contact smaller companies as it is easier
in this method. Also it's too difficult to pass the security men of a big company.
Change of Careers
Accept the possibility that you may need to switch careers. Be open minded
about seeking a new job career. Ideally, though you should try to find a job where you can use many of your
abilities and talents. Don't worry of becoming gainfully emplyed again since it can be harmful to your
health. Besides, it is non-productive.

JOKE
O
ne day, two form three students were in the dormitory during the hours of prep. They later noticed that the senior House master was going round
punishing those who were still in the dorm. The ttwo students found out and decided to hide under the bed. Unfortunately, one of them was so tall and big that he can't
fit under the bed so the bed was lifted a bit due to his size but his legs were partially exposed. The senior House master entered the room in which they were hiding
and the following was what occured.
Master : "Waa look at how you are suffering ah! Okay let me help to the maximum. Now keep quiet and suffer.
Student : " Oh my God, Sir please I'm suffering".

6
WAYS TO STAY HEALTHY
W
hat can you do to stay healthy?
Here are six ways to do it.
1. Eat breakfast: Research show that people who eat breakfast tend to consume fewer calories through the rest of the day. it also kick-start
the metabolism into functioning well. But make breakfast substaintial and low fat. For example, instead of two scrambled eggs with butter on toasted bread (about 380 calories
made with butter and milk), have one poached egg on dry toasted bread (around 160 calories) and save 220 calories.
2. Trim fat from meat: It's amazing how many calories you can save simply by trimming all visible fat on your meat before you cook it.
Also remember to skim fat from soups, sauces and gravies before you serve. A chicken breast with skin contains around 300 calories, yet with the skin removed it's only 190 calories and
saving of 110 calories.
3. Sleep longer: Research has shown that getting enough sleep helps to control the hormones that trigger food cravings.
4. Walk more: Twenty five percent of all car journeys are for distances of less than two miles, so instead of driving walk. Walking burns up around
6.5 calories per munite that is 195 calories per half hour.
5. Eat more slowly: It takes about twenty munites for your brain to register you are no longer hungry and you can eat a lot of food in that period.
Take smaller mouthfuls. chew for a longer time and take a break between courses. Most importantly, stop when you are full.
6. Drink more water: Water helps supress the appetite naturally and also helps the body to metabolises stored fat, encouraging weight loss. Aim to
drink at least eight large glasses of water a day, more if you are overweight.

NUCLEAR BOMB
Nice as my name sounds Very obstructive, I tell you I can be Believe me when I say You have no escape route
when I strike Many have cleared me and tasted my bitterness Had they crowned my perile strength No they won't close up
You who know much about me WHy keep mute on my capabilities You choose fame rather than preaching the gospel
Haven't the lesson of Horishima and Nagasaki taught enough? Puttong into exile thousands of people from their native land
No need boasting of leaving a mark on the earth You misuse me You make me executor You make the world turn against me
How I wish to be taken out Even to my infinitesimal Terrorist stop abusing me The world is on its knees
