How do I shop at your store?

It is as easy as 1 - 2 - 3 to shop at JB Manuals.

All you have to do is:

1. Use the PRODUCT link listed on the left to locate the type of products you are interested in purchasing.

2. Locate the product you would like to purchase and click on the "add to my cart" button to the right of it. The product will be put into your "cart" just like you were shopping at a store. You are free to add or delete products from your "cart" at any time.

3. Once shopping is complete, you confirm your order and payment information. This process happens, for your protection, at a secure internet server site. At any time, you can go back and change or update your order. That's all it takes.

Checking your Cart

You can check the products in your "cart" at any time by clicking on the "check Out" button on the bottom of any products page or anywhere you see the "Check Out" icon. To remove an item from the shopping cart, set the Quantity to zero, then click 'Recalculate'. If you want mulitples of a particular product, just change the number in the quantity box. Then press the "Recalculate" button to recalculate your total.

How do I place an order?

When you are ready to complete your order, just press the "Check Out" button on the "Shopping Cart" page. You will automatically be stepped through our simple final ordering process. Just follow the instructions on each page; pressing "Complete your order" when you are ready to go to the next section. You will be asked for billing, and payment information.  Our site uses state-of-the-art security methods, so it is safe to use your credit card.

How do I pay for my order?

 JB Manuals accepts Visa,  MasterCard,  and paypal.   If you are not comfortable using your credit card on the internet,  we will accept money orders.  Just place your order as usual, we will hold the order for processing until we recieve your money order.   There is no surcharge when using your credit card. Your credit card will be charged when your order has been processed. Be sure to provide us with your correct billing address and telephone number so that there are no delays in processing your order. 

Is it safe to use my credit card?

We have taken every precaution to make sure your transactions are secure. Our Internet site is built using the latest security technology. These systems utilize industry standard security measures, including SSL (Security Sockets Layer). All information submitted is safe from unauthorized access.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Since we are located in the state of Arizona, we are obligated to collect 8.1% sales tax for all orders delivered within this state. You do not pay any sales tax for orders delivered outside the state of Arizona.

How will my order be shipped?

Same day shipment is available for most orders placed before 11:00am. EST Mon-Fri, provided the product is in stock in our warehouse.  All manuals are shipped via USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation to ensure fast and speedy service.

We may require additional information to ship your order to an address different than the billing address.

Will I receive confirmation of my order?

After you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation notice. If you do not receive this confirmation within 2 hours of placing your order, please contact us by email at jbmanuals@gmail.com

How do you handle back orders?

If your manual is not in stock in our warehouse, your order will be held until the manual becomes available.  Your manual should be delivered to you within 7 to 10 business days.  If the delay will be longer, we will notify you by email.

Can I cancel my order?

Once we process your order, we cannot cancel it unless it has not been picked up by the shipping company. To cancel an order, email us at: jbmanuals@gmail.com If for some reason it cannot be canceled, we will notify you by email.

Do you offer a money-back guarentee?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase when you recieve your product,  email us for a return authorization code, and we will gladly refund your purchase - minus a 15% restocking fee.
