Return Policy: If an item ordered has been shipped due to our error (for example, a wrong product or size), contact our customer service e-mail at once and describe the problem. All returns must have a return number issued by us to be processed. We will agree on a return shipping method, and that cost will be credited to your credit card account upon receipt of the returned item, and the correct replacement item will be re-shipped to you at no additional charge. If an item ordered is due to a customer error or the customer wishes to exchange it for some reason, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping costs. If the order is less than $15, the customer is responsible for return shipping regardless of the reason. Please review the customer receipt e-mail you receive when you place an order carefully to make sure the items ordered are actually what you meant to order, and if there is a problem contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been shipped, the error can be corrected at no additional cost to the customer. To be accepted for return, the item must be intact in its original packaging. Worn clothing items cannot be returned. No returns will be accepted after sixty days.
Shipping Policy: Items are normally shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving the order. If there is a delay in shipping, we will post the next shipping day on one of the checkout pages. If for some reason an item is not available or back ordered, and we cannot ship within two weeks, you will be contacted to see whether you wish to cancel all or part of the order.
Warranty Policy: All items are brand new, first quality, unless so stated in the product description. All products are examined for defects prior to shipping. We will replace any defective product.
Refund Policy: Refunds are issued as credits to the credit card used to order the item. They are only issued after the item has been returned and accepted according to the return policies described above.
Confidentiality Policy: Your personal information is kept strictly confidential when you deal with HP Media Services. We do not exhange or sell email, address, telephone, or credit card information to anyone.
