Willem Ledeboer is a Senior Associate of The Fusfeld Group, consultants to industry in technology management and innovation.
He has worked for over twenty years for Philips Electronics in the Netherlands as product manager and sales/marketing manager of electronic components such as integrated circuits and materials. He has focused the last eight years on Cooperative R&D in the Common Market, was Philips' representative in the Steering Committee of the Round Table of the twelve most prominent electronics companies like Siemens, Thomson, GEC, Olivetti etc. He organized the Philips' input for the programs: ESPRIT, RACE, and EUREKA. He has published several articles on Cooperative R&D and given testimony for the European Parliament and the subcommittee on R&D of the Dutch Parliament. Before joining Philips he was CEO of the European branch of Emerson Electric Company.
