When you apply for a mortgage, we will need to verify information like your current income and most recent tax returns. The Application Checklist shows an example of the documents you'll need to provide when you submit your application. Depending on your situation, you may have to provide only a few of the documents listed below.
If you request an online decision, we will often tell you the level of documentation required in our response back to you. Alternatively, your Loan Consultant can tell you exactly what you'll need to submit.
You may want to print this checklist for easy reference.
Frontier Mortgage Corporation has many programs that do not require verification of employment, income or assets. Contact your FMC Loan Representative for details.
