All Bulldogs sold by Diamond Bulldogs are accompanied by an accurate, up-to-date medical history. Puppies are
checked by a licensed veterinarian prior to delivery or shipping and are guaranteed to be sound and in good health at the time of transfer to the new owners at the best of our Diamond Bulldogs knowledge.
However, on PUPPIES whose age at a date of sale precludes completion of the scheduled series of inoculations, it is necessary for the purchaser to
complete the scheduled series of inoculations ON TIME, in order to protect the puppy and for this health guarantee to remain valid. A
timetable for this series of inoculations will be supplied on the medical history of the puppy. In addition, until this series of inoculations has
been complete (about 16 weeks of age) the puppy should not be exposed to premises known to be suspected of being contaminated, or unhealthy animals.
Buyer also agrees to use a licensed veterinarian whom is familiar with the English Bulldog breed.
Diamond Bulldogs certify that at the time of sale and to the best of our knowledge, the puppy will be free of any congenital
birth defects. Our Diamond Bulldogs puppies are guaranteed against parvovirus, distemper, hepatitis, kennel cough, or other communicable diseases at the time of sale.
We Diamond Bulldogs are not responsible for those conditions after they are in your care nor if they are shipped.
Buyer is aware that English Bulldogs are prone to heat stroke and will be responsible to provide a environment that is healthy for their
puppy. Buyer has also researched and is knowledgeable of the non- life threatening problems that an English Bulldog may have, such as cherry
eye, eyelid surgery, elongated pallet,ect, and agrees that these are not covered under this health guarantee. The buyer are advised to have this
puppy examined by a competent licensed veterinarian of the buyers' choice within 3 working days from date of transfer to assure them that they have purchased a healthy puppy.
This will be done at the purchaser's expense. Under no circumstances will Diamond Bulldogs be responsible for any
veterinarian bills acquired by the purchaser for this puppy. Minor, breed related, treatable or correctable conditions, or any condition that
may go away or is considered to be a condition which the said puppy will likely outgrow, are not covered.
Diamond Bulldogs DOES NOT GIVE REFUNDS. We will give a replacement puppy, but only for life threatening genetic
disease. If a health issue arises within the first year ( from date of purchase) which a licensed veterinarian believes could possible be a life threatening genetic disease the
following are the options:
(1) A written explanation from a licensed veterinarian and backed up with lab work or x-rays as to the nature of the problem.
(2) A second opinion from a licensed Veterinarian whom Diamond Bulldogs has/or will approved of in advance to examine the puppy for signs
of abuse or for life threatening congenital defect.
(3) Return the puppy and AKC papers to us Diamond Bulldogs at buyers expense within 3 working days. If you are unwilling to release the puppy and AKC papers
into my possession, I will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred nor will I be a part of the recovery process.
(4) Proof that the puppy was examined by a certified veterinarian no later than 10 working days after receiving the puppy. This is to be sent to me
Diamond Bulldogs Via email and postal mail within 10 working days from date of transfer or this guarantee is null and void immediately.
If the referred licensed veterinarian prognosis is that of the said puppy has a life threatening genetic disease and all of the above criteria are met, we ( Diamond Bulldogs)
will replace a puppy of equal value when one comes available. No problems other than life threatening congenital defects are covered in this
agreement/guarantee
Diamond Bulldogs offers this guarantee until the puppy reaches one year of age. If at any time you transfer ownership of
the puppy, this agreement is void immediately.
Diamond Bulldogs cannot guarantee that any male puppy sold will have two testicles. Diamond Bulldogs
cannot guarantee the fertility of a male or female puppy. We do not guarantee any puppy sold will be a breeding male or female.
A show quality puppy is sold as such based on buyers best judgment at the time of sale.
The puppy sold is guarantee to be from show quality stock as supported by the pedigree, but Diamond Bulldogs
cannot guarantee the continued development of the individual puppy's show potential.
Diamond Bulldogs does not guarantee the disposition or color of said puppy.
Buyer also agrees they have researched the breed and is knowledgeable of non- life threatening and life threatening problems and conditions that
an English Bulldog can have.
Buyer also agrees if the said puppy/dog dies while being treated by a licensed veterinarian seeing him/her to take the said puppy to another licensed veterinarian
for an autopsy whom is not affiliated with the veterinarian whom was seeing or treating the said puppy at the time of death.
This contract will be null and void if the said puppy does not have an autopsy by a veterinarian that is not affiliated with the licensed veterinarian
whom was seeing or treating him/her at the time of death.
This is because a veterinarian whom is not familiar with the breed can be fatal to the said puppy and cause the death of your puppy. Therefore
the veterinarian can cover their own selves from liability and lie about the cause of death even with an autopsy.
There are to be pictures taken of the said puppy with the seeing vet and his/hers signature and date sent to me via postal mail along with an
autopsy transcript for the said puppy/dog or this contract/guarantee is null and voided immediately.
Buyer agrees to not crossbreed,or any of their puppies be sold to a pet store or wholesale establishments.
Buyer agrees to not abuse, starve, tied or leave the said puppy chained up out side, or keep said puppy in unsanitary living conditions.
If at any given time you can no longer care for your puppy/dog and can not provide him/her with a new home yourselves..We will take the said puppy/dog back,
but are not buying the said puppy/dog back.
BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY:
Have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 3 working days of delivery/ transfer. If a problem does arise, we Diamond Bulldogs is to be notified immediately
following the examination of the puppy.
The problem must also be verified by the Breeder's own veterinarian or choice breeders' in your area. We Diamond Bulldogs are not responsible for any cost of any treatment to said puppy at anytime during it's life span.
Provide puppy with routine preventive care, such as, but not limited to the following:
Annual physical examinations by a licensed veterinarian.
Follow veterinarian guidelines for vaccinations and de-worming.
All deposits are non-refundable no exceptions.
This is a legal binding document.
Any dispute, or litigation concerning this health guarantee that can't be settled by Diamond Bulldogs, and the new owner must be settled in Littler River County, Arkansas.
This is a result of con artists (scammers) filling lawsuits in their home states claiming misrepresentation regarding puppies health.
Without this in our guarantee we could be faced with the option of hiring a lawyer for a law suite across the country, and being present for an uncalled for hearing.
