Enter your message here.I went as fast as I could to the walmart to sent the Money Gram. Paid $1200.00 in full , expected the pup the next day. "Beauty" never came. Tony Hugo was in Delaware then. He does get around. Went to the DA there and they said that they couldn't arrest him because he didn't qualify as a merchant. This pup was for my husband after loosing our 12 year old girl...I will not forgive him for adding to the pain of our loss & I will find him someday and prosecute him to the fullest that we can..His day will come.
