Cole's Dream Foundation (CDF) has donated mobile medical equipment to help children stay mobile and communicate with their family.   Since the foundation started in August of 2002 we have been able to assist in getting a child home from San Jose, CA to Brazil safely with the donation of a suction machine, assist a family with a new communications board so they can finally communicate with their four year old son who suffers from CP and countless others accross the United States find resources in their local community.  All of this has been made possible thanks to generous donations of equipment and volunteer efforts from organizations in states willing to help us bridge these gaps for families.  THANK YOU!
