Cole’s Dream Foundation ™ (CDF) is about helping families to easily access information and resources in their communities to support the needs of their child and their family as a whole.  Our mission is to bridge the gap between families and resources available in their community.  By accomplishing this goal, we will be supporting both the service providers and families’ efforts in getting children the best care possible in a fast and efficient manner.  By linking families with programs that provide therapeutic services for free and financial aid, this will give people a better chance at meeting the families' needs at home, so as the child can remain in a loving environment to promote longer life span and better quality of life.  It's simply a Win - Win solution!

We are striving to open the first “Cole Anthony Clinic™”  (CAC).  This clinic will initially provide counseling for families (i.e. grief, stress, anger management, sibling emotional / developmental issues, etc.) and to provide a resource center to connect families with other organizations in their area.  Our plan is to provide training for family members on cognitive, occupational & physical therapy (including stretching & message) techniques to work with the child’s individual needs in the home.  CAC’s goal is to support the plans structured by their doctors & therapists and to insure people are confidant in what to do, how to do it and when, so the child is being worked with on a daily basis to promote stronger motor development and mobility for the future.

You can help us in reaching our goals and making a different in your community by donating to the foundation your unused office equipment today.  We are in dire need for updated computers, monitors, laser printers (black & white and color for our publications), copiers, fax machines, and general office supplies (i.e. standard white paper).  Anything you can donate to us would help us move one step closer to reaching our goals.  WE ‘LL EVEN TAKE OLD CARS!

We’re trying to cut costs where possible so we can meet the needs of families and reach out to as many people in the community we can to make a difference in a child’s life.  Today all of our administrative & executive staff members have agreed to work on a volunteer basis to insure that our dollars are well spent during this critical time to meet and hopefully exceed our goals.
