Pregnancy Pillow
Made of 40 lb. density foam, this pillow is designed by a chiropractor to fit the growing abdomen. The abdominal space is smaller on one side for the earlier trimesters and the upper portion is bevelled to avoid pressure on the breast area which is usually tender during this time. The other side has more depth and the pelvic area is wedged to provide a slight traction to the lower back area when lying prone. Your pregnant patients will feel much more comfortable on these pillows when lying on the adjusting table, and while resting at home.
