SteelStar has a comprehensive safety program that has been cost containment certified by Pinnacol Assurance for the last three years.

SteelStar is also an active member of SESAC (Steel Erectors Safety Association of Colorado). SESAC provides technical safety training as well as performing monthly site safety audits and works with OSHA to improve safety practices and awareness for our industry.

All of our field and shop foreman are CPR/First Aid certified and all forklift and man-lift operators are certified by one of our two in-house certified trainers.

SteelStar has also engineered and manufactured a quick release safety post life line system and has implemented usage on all structural projects.
