Plant/Production Manager: Jay McLean joined SteelStar Corporation (formally McLean’s Fabrication) in January of 2000, Jay had worked in the construction industry for ten years. During that time Jay worked as a carpenter, formsetter, ironworker, crew foreman and superintendant. While at SteelStar Jay held positions as shop foreman, ironworker foreman, erection manager, senior project manager and production manager.
