We have contracted with our Sellers to offer a cooperative incentive to the Buyer Agent as noted on each listing. This fixed incentive amount is recommended to equal or exceed competing properties; However the amount may vary, depending on the Seller. Real Estate Commissions are negotiable and are not established by law. |
