How to get started Help is just a phone call or an email away... When you give us a call or email at AMB we will email, fax or snail mail (your choice) a Service Form to review. Once you have sent us back the form, we will send you a bid for service with the items you selected to meet your office needs. It's as simple as that. AMB will also send you a enrollment package that guides you step by step through the set up process and ongoing billing operations.
